But when you reach here, your first expression will be an exclamation because the entire beach is covered with black sand.

    People living around the beach consider the area to have been a cremation ground for Hindus. Hence the sand color. But there are a lot of other mysterious sayings, beliefs, and also stories.

    The government has strictly forbidden the visiting of people after dark at the beach. Reason being the ghostly figures and strange sounds heard by people. Many visitors have reported hearing laughter that is terrorising.

    Between Bagodara and Limdi the number of accidents have kept on happening. And the numbers only increased. The people here have reported to have seen a spirit of a woman that diverts the attention of the drivers. This causes accidents and many have also faced death. Frequent night-drivers have registered a lot of mysterious happenings around this stretch. Would you dare to drive here during the eerie hours?

    3. Avadh Palace

    This palace was an abandoned place but now it is haunted by the spirit of a girl. Who was gang-raped and murdered in the building. It is said that the girl was burnt alive in the palace and it is from then till date, that the vengeful spirit of that girl haunts the entire place. And it becomes very creepy as soon as the day falls.

    4. Uparkot Fort

The place is believed to be the center of an ancient Hindu town. And it is said that the entire area around the Jama Masjid of this fort is haunted.

    This fort has a dark and violent history. You can and will hear different things from different people about the fort. But one thing is for sure- that the entire Masjid region in the fort is haunted. Locals don’t dare to visit the fort after sundown. And it is always asked to the visitors that they shouldn’t go to the premises during that time.

    5. GTU Campus

    The ghostly stories and campuses have a quite strong connection I suppose. GTU campus is one of those where you can encounter the ghostly figures. It is believed that the campus is haunted by a lady ghost. And she ensures that her presence is felt even in broad daylight.

    Most people have reported a sudden drop in temperature while using the main elevator of the campus. Also, students have felt someone sitting and walking along with them. And there happens to be no one around. There are many stories and sayings that people have around the campus but no one knows for sure what happened to this woman and why is the campus haunted by her.

    Most people think that this woman had faced a traumatising time during her death and that’s the reason she wants to make her presence felt.

    6. Bhoot Bangla (Jamnagar)

    Bhoot Bangla in Jamnagar is a spine-chilling location steeped in spooky tales. The term “Bhoot Bangla” translates to “Ghost Bungalow,” and this abandoned house is notorious for its haunted reputation. Local legends speak of paranormal occurrences within its decaying walls, where ghostly apparitions, strange noises, and inexplicable phenomena are said to manifest. Visitors recount unsettling experiences, contributing to the eerie atmosphere that surrounds the place.

    The abandoned and dilapidated state of Bhut Bangla only adds to its mysterious allure, attracting those fascinated by the supernatural. Despite the absence of concrete evidence, the ghostly reputation of Bhut Bangla persists, captivating the imaginations of those drawn to the intersection of folklore and the unknown.
