There is quite some distance between the first and second view point and you will have to hike for almost 10 minutes. Nevertheless, it is a treat to be here at any time in the year. If you plan here during winters, get ready to see some parts of the waterfall frozen.

    Actually, Wahkeena Falls is a gorgeous place where people from nearby towns visit for picnics. It is approximately 0.5 miles towards the west of Multnomah Falls. This is how you can probably locate the place. People enjoy peaceful hiking around the waterfall which is about 2.8 miles (return trip). You do not have to worry much about the road because it is made quite well.

    Interestingly, there are two waterfalls- one Wahkeena and the other one Fairy. Both of them are on the same trial and are clearly visible. People can also catch glances of Columbia Gorge through the scorched forest.
