You will see many travelers enjoying the artwork that’s displayed at the centre. Whenever you get bored of looking at the artwork, have a look outside the window. The building is situated on the waterfront. But what’s more important about the place is that it is free of cost for the visitors. You don’t have to pay a Dirham to enter.
