And just like we said in the title- “We dare you to go here!”

1. Khooni Darwaza

Doesn’t this sound like a Bollywood flick? A name was given to a movie that talks about a house having a door with blood spilled on it? But that’s not the case here, this is a haunting attraction in the national capital. Moreover, Khooni Darwaza was once a historical monument that attracted a lot of people (well that hasn’t changed yet.)

But there have been a lot of apparition sightings that have happened around here. There are multiple stories about the place, like the slaughter of 3 princesses or hanging the freedom fighters from the ceiling. If you were to believe the tales related to this notorious tree, then people (even those who work in MNCs and shrug off the thought of a ghost) have sighted a ghostly figure running with their car or bike. According to a lot of eyewitnesses and legends, Delhi Cantonment is haunted by the ghost of women wearing white saree. As soon as the sun sets in the west, this place becomes a no-visiting or passing zone. It is said that a woman in a white saree asks for a lift and those who stop by are scared to the extreme. If you don’t stop she races with your vehicle and in no time matches it. The only way to save yourself is to keep going as fast as you can; obviously not passing this lane is the best way in the first place.

There are certain cases where people were found dead and several accidents also took place at the same spot. Is that a hoax or a coincidence? You decide!
