It was built in 1951 and was a centre of attraction right from the very beginning. The Bungalow is a part of the entire estate and is located approximately 3 km from the tea estate.

It is said that this Bungalow was built by a Britisher who was also the owner of the entire estate. He lived in his bungalow and loved it a lot. So did he love his entire family. But one day his daughter was found dead mysteriously. He left the bungalow and returned to London with his wife. Since then this place is known to be haunted. The bungalow is also popularly known as 25 GB.

The locals also say that once a young girl went near the bungalow to fetch some woods but as she returned she wasn’t mentally well. Post this people fired up the entire bungalow.

Since the death of that girl, this place is said to be haunted by her spirit. There are stories of multiple ghosts and spirits haunted by the trees around the bungalow. Location: Kozhikode-Mysore-Kollegal Highway, Lakkidi, Kerala

Upon finding the place, the engineer grew greedy and he killed the locality. But this was a big mistake. Due to this, the entire road became haunted with the spirit of Karinthandan. He never harmed anyone but only a look of his ghost gave a jump scare to the people.
